About The Position

BIRDSVUE LLC is seeking an experienced Azure Integration Services Consultant with TIBCO experience for a large-scale enterprise integration modernization program. The role combines developing and enhancing enterprise integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x with designing, building, and migrating integrations to Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The consultant will support both platforms during the migration period and help clients modernize and optimize their integration landscapes. The position is based in Dunstable, MA.

Requirements

12 or more years of total IT experience in enterprise integration or middleware development.
At least 7 years of hands-on TIBCO BW 5.x design, development, and support experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on Azure Integration Services experience.
Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and TIBCO EMS.
Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Functions.
Strong XML, XSD, and XSLT skills, and SOAP and REST API development experience.
At least one end-to-end legacy-to-cloud integration migration delivered, including a full migration lifecycle involving legacy middleware and cloud-native platforms.
Prior consulting or vendor-resource experience engaging directly with client architects and business stakeholders.
Comfort working in a distributed offshore/onshore team model with overlapping working hours.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting legacy systems and delivering new cloud capabilities.
Proactive and decisive consulting mindset.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mentorship and knowledge-transfer capability.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dual-platform integration specialist across TIBCO BW 5.x and Azure Integration Services.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integration solutions on both platforms throughout the migration period.
Participate in migration assessment and discovery, translating legacy TIBCO integration logic into Azure-native patterns.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO and Azure artifacts where applicable.
Support platform coexistence to ensure a smooth transition between TIBCO and Azure systems.
Mentor junior developers and offshore team members on best practices.
Engage directly with client architects and business stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer.
