About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, and .NET. The candidate should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystems involving production support shifts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory
- Proficiency in Azure Analysis Service
- Proficiency in .NET
- Willingness to work in both support and development ecosystems
- Willingness to work production support shifts, including weekdays and weekend support during PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute resolution steps.
- Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide the offshore team to build competency on incident management.
- Work on minor enhancements development stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
