About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer skilled in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, and SQL. The candidate should be willing to work in both support and development environments, including production support shifts during PST hours on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute resolution steps.
- Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide the offshore team to build competency in incident management.
- Work on minor enhancement development stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
