About The Position

The software architect will work in conjunction with the Client manager and provide subject matter expertise in support of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Compliance, and Universal Print. Collaborate with SCC's employees, Infrastructure and Security teams on Proof of Concept for new technologies and implement endpoint computing security solutions. Mobile Device Management within Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Migrate all on-premise devices to the cloud. Understand user and process requirements and ensure those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables. Work closely with developers and engineers to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Requirements

5+ years of technical experience in end user computing technologies.
Extensive skills in cloud-based collaboration technologies, including Microsoft 365.
Experienced in endpoint security and enterprise architecture processes.
Azure Architect with 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, imaging, MDM, Universal Print, Mobile device management, security hardening and Compliance experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree. Major in Information Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Migrate on-premise devices to the Azure Cloud/Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including moving Configuration Manager to Intune, migrating/adopting group policy, Autopilot adoption, use of computer imaging technology, and MDM solution.
Design and implement Microsoft Compliance.
Design and implement Universal Print for Azure only joined devices.
Provide advice on hardening.
Harden security with Azure Security.
General Administration of Azure.
Provide subject matter expertise in support of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Compliance, and Universal Print.
Collaborate with SCC's employees, Infrastructure and Security teams on Proof of Concept for new technologies and implement endpoint computing security solutions.
