About The Position

Ryder is immediately hiring AZ Shuttle Truck Drivers in London, ON. This is a consistent, full-time position with a dedicated route from London to Alliston. The role involves No Touch Freight with Drop & Hook, and drivers will be home daily. Dispatch is at night, between 9pm and 3:30am. Drivers can expect to earn $60,000+ annually, with a base of $50,000 plus opportunities for extra shifts and overtime.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 9 months verifiable commercial driving experience, required
Must not have more than one moving violation or accidents (anything other than parking) in the last 12 months, required
Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement, required
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, required
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures Important, required
Must have valid legal authorization to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

H.S. Diploma/GED, preferred

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
Maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
Performs other duties as assigned.
