Class A - Shuttle Driver (Night Shift)

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits continues to grow as we seek a Night Shuttle Driver for our warehouse depots in Grand Rapids.
Requirements
- 21 years of age and older
- Chauffer and CDL A license with airbrake endorsement
- Hi-Lo and Pallet Jack experience
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to take direction and work independently
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
- Acceptable driving record
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
- Cooperates with all management and staff of GLWAS.
- Follows all MLCC rules and regulations, as they apply to the position.
- Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for this position.
- All applicants will be subject to a driving record check as part of the interview process.
- Failure to maintain a satisfactory driving record may result in withdrawal of the employment offer or disciplinary action, up to and including termination, if employed.

Responsibilities
- Delivering product with a tractor/trailer between our Grand Rapids depot to cross docks located throughout Michigan.
- Perform pre/post trip inspections
- Follow all D.O.T. and State regulated laws including HOS and ELD compliance
- Unload product at cross-docks
- Assist in separating and staging product
- Operate power and manual pallet jacks
- Operate hi-lo equipment
- Perform clean-up of area as needed
- Take loads to other depots to cover other drivers
- Other tasks as assigned by supervision
