About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused AZ Company Driver for local, home-daily routes. This is an excellent opportunity for a driver who is looking for more home time. You will complete pickups and deliveries within a designated local service area while representing the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid AZ Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience.
• Clean CVOR, Driver’s Abstract, and Criminal Background Check.
• Strong city-driving and backing skills.
• Ability to handle freight or perform load securement if required.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned equipment on local and regional day routes.
• Complete daily pickup and delivery assignments on time and with care.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, paperwork, and required documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or updates.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop.
• Follow all company policies, MTO regulations, and safety protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of assigned tractor/trailer.
