About The Position

AWS is looking for driven, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed new graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will help identify and attract world-class talent that fuels innovation across Amazon and serve as the next generation of leaders in our growing global recruiting organization. Successful sourcers utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer goals. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in the past 24 months
  • Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA based on business need.
  • Ability to begin 40-hour/week, full-time employment in Summer 2026.
  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles - supporting teams that build and scale AWS services.
  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission.
  • Successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline.
  • Set benchmarks and metrics.
  • Prioritize and achieve SLAs.
  • Draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
  • Generate candidates, manage client/account relationships, and utilize organizational skills.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Prioritize time effectively.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Provide amazing customer service.
