AWS Enterprise Licence Partner Manager

Cintra: The Multi-Cloud Database ArchitectsVillage of Highland Falls, NY

About The Position

Cintra is a specialist technology partner helping enterprise organisations optimise, migrate, and modernise their Oracle and Microsoft database estates on AWS. We work at the intersection of licensing intelligence and cloud migration, delivering Oracle Licence Assessments (OLAs) that generate measurable revenue pipeline for AWS and its partner ecosystem. We’re a high-growth, ambitious business with a strong track record — AWS has funded our OLA programme for several consecutive years, because it works. We’re now scaling fast, and we need exceptional people to grow with us. We’re hiring an AWS Enterprise Licence Partner Manager to join our North America team. This is a newly created role supporting our high-performing NAMER AWS Partner Manager as we dramatically scale our enterprise licence activity across the US and Canada — and potentially LATAM. NAMER is a huge region, and our existing APM generates exceptional activity — webinars, outreach, relationship building — at pace. This role exists to extend that capacity, develop your own network within AWS, and ultimately take ownership of a growing book of adoption activity. You’ll be engaging Solutions Architects, GTM teams, and DB Sellers across AWS’s North America organisation — driving adoption of our OLA toolset, already positioned for large-scale use within AWS.

Requirements

  • Energy, commercial instinct, and the drive to build something.
  • Experience in BDR, inside sales, partner management, or customer success (revenue/expansion focus)
  • Demonstrable ability to network, build relationships, and manage stakeholder outreach at volume
  • Comfortable with both the hunting and operational/administrative sides of a sales role
  • Highly motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently
  • Located near or willing to travel to key AWS US hub locations (Seattle, New York, Austin, etc.)
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Background in cloud technology, database environments, Oracle or Microsoft licensing — highly desirable
  • Exposure to AWS or the AWS partner ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Experience at an Oracle partner, Microsoft partner, or AWS Consulting Partner
  • Knowledge of Oracle licensing, SQL Server, or cloud database migration
  • Previous experience supporting a senior sales or partner manager — learning and scaling fast
  • LATAM market exposure or Spanish/Portuguese language skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive OLA adoption across the AWS NAMER organisation — Solutions Architects, DB Sellers, GTM functions, and Account Managers
  • Build your own network within AWS NAMER, establishing regular cadences and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support and learn from our senior NAMER APM — taking on increasing autonomy as your knowledge and network grows
  • Handle activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and administrative elements of the APM function (funding POs, Ace Networks processes)
  • Deliver the OLA value proposition clearly and confidently — both in written outreach and on video calls
  • Identify stakeholders across a large, complex organisation and prioritise those with the greatest adoption potential
  • Represent Cintra in joint AWS webinars, enablement sessions, and internal events
  • Over time: take ownership of the enterprise licence motion for NAMER, with potential to expand scope to LATAM

Benefits

  • Competitive US-market compensation package — $70-100k base salary and OTE negotiable based on experience
  • Remote working with flexibility, ideally within reach of key AWS US locations
  • High visibility with senior Cintra leadership and a fast track to greater responsibility
  • A genuinely collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
