About The Position

The AWS BDM plays a pivotal role in accelerating AWS business growth by enabling Account Executives (AEs) to effectively manage and expand their AWS pipeline. This role focuses on strategic follow-up, data-driven targeting, and marketplace enablement, ensuring alignment between Insight and AWS go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud partnerships, sales enablement, or business development (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with ACE Pipeline Manager, AWS Marketplace, and ISV engagement models.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with pipeline data, segmentation, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS Sales or Partner Accreditation is a plus. (Cloud & AI Practitioner)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with AEs on AWS pipeline opportunities to ensure timely progression through sales stages.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and AWS rebuild opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to identify stalled or high-potential deals and recommend next steps.
