About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Native Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technology solutions to implement the next-generation, cloud-native security stack across our organization. You will be instrumental in developing future state technology to replace current solutions for various Authentication (Authn) and Authorization (Authz) methods.

Requirements

• Strong background in IT Security and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Cloud and AWS technologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with scripting languages.
• General application development experience.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of JavaScript, front-end technologies, Web Services, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced security solutions, focusing on passwordless authentication, QR codes, biometrics, and risk-based omni-channel Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-native applications.
• Utilize AWS cloud services, including AWS CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, and Glue, to enhance security measures.
• Write and maintain scripts using Python to automate security processes and workflows.
• Contribute to general application development, with a focus on integrating security best practices.
• Work with tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo) to streamline development and deployment processes.
