About The Position

This is a long-term contract position for an AWS Data Engineer. The role requires strong skills in Snowflake, AWS, PL/SQL, SQL, Python, and cloud capabilities. Experience in Capital Markets is essential, with a solid understanding of financial products, processes, and data flows. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development, including data modeling, stored procedures, and triggers. Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas or NumPy, is also required. The role involves working with Oracle databases, SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is expected. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in data modeling, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Proven experience in Capital Markets.
• Solid understanding of financial products, processes, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS.
