About The Position

The AWS Cloud Python Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and support scalable cloud-based applications using AWS services and Python. The role involves working with AI services, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient cloud solutions. The position is located in Chesterbrook, PA, and has a 12-month contract duration.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AWS Cloud Services.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS ECS.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, KMS, and cloud networking.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and AI model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• 8–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Python and AWS ECS.
• Configure and manage AWS services, including Lambda, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, KMS, and networking components.
• Support application deployments through GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
• Use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development productivity.
• Integrate applications with AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Evaluate AI models based on accuracy, response quality, performance, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project demonstrations for stakeholders.
