About The Position

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. The Program Manager/Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical projects, with working knowledge of ADO, while collaborating with cross-functional and partner teams to ensure alignment with our company goals and objectives. Key initiatives are focused on cloud migration (AWS) and on prem infrastructure migrations, enhancing the security posture of the organization, implementing and upgrading new business systems in conjunction with end user compute. Provides project leadership from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e. on schedule and within budget constraints. Act as primary lead for multiple IT teams and/or project managers across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
6+ years in IT Infrastructure/AWS program management roles
Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams within agile and project management frameworks
Proven track record managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
Background collaborating with offshore teams and third-party partners
Strong executive-level communication skills with exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities
Cloud initiatives background

Nice To Haves

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or expertise
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) software
Background as an Agile Release Train (ART) engineer

Responsibilities

Develop project scope, schedules, projects plans (in ADO) and budgets.
Lead and execute multiple projects with tight deadlines to on-time and on-budget deliveries.
Develop communication plans and communications to projects teams, stakeholders and sponsors.
Schedule and conduct project team meetings for all ongoing projects
Manage all change requests and requirements related to the project.
Provide project leadership to project team members, partners and across organization.
Plan, schedule and facilitate reviews/status of key software project lifecycle milestones – from project team members to executives.
Ensure that Project Management tools and/or agile methodologies are appropriately applied.
Oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to facilitate resolution of project problems including vendors.
