About The Position
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with AWS services, specifically EKS, and other container-based services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Agile methodologies, utilize tools like GitLab for source control and deployment, and have strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform and Ansible Automation. Experience with tools like Packer for building Virtual Machine Images is also expected. The role involves resolving complex hardware and application system issues, initiating problem avoidance actions, preparing detailed specifications, analyzing and revising system logic, and recommending solutions to minimize system interruptions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AWS services
- Specific experience with EKS
- Proficiency with Agile work environment
- Experience with GitLab and similar source control and deployment technologies
- Proficiency with Terraform and other IaC technologies
- Well versed with Ansible Automation and general automation technologies
- Well versed with Packer and similar tools for building Virtual Machine Images
Responsibilities

- Performs resolution of complex hardware and problems affecting application systems.
- Initiates problem avoidance actions.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
- Recommends solutions to minimize and/or prevent system interruption.
