About The Position

As an AWM - Assurance - Digital Assets Manager, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will evaluate compliance with regulations, including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. In this role, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License

  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting
  • Possessing experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)

  • Developing and overseeing the deployment of data analysis and visualization solutions for financial audits

  • Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within audit frameworks
  • Identifying opportunities for optimizing audit processes and improving financial reporting accuracy
