The Associate VP, Strategy Advancement provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Associate VP, Strategy Advancement requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. The Associate Vice President (AVP), Strategy is responsible for leading enterprise and business-unit strategy development across two complementary healthcare businesses serving seniors and complex populations across Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage markets. The portfolio includes: A national Medicare-certified home care organization, providing skilled home health and related in-home clinical services. A risk-bearing convening and post-acute management organization overseeing managed spend through network strategy, utilization management, contract management, and value-based care operations across skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH), home health, and durable medical equipment (DME). This role partners closely with executive leadership to define long-term strategic direction, drive enterprise growth initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, support payer/provider transformation, and improve performance across value-based and fee-for-service healthcare delivery models. The AVP will serve as a senior strategic thought partner to business presidents and functional executives, balancing long-range planning with execution-oriented operational strategy.
