About The Position

This role is responsible for counseling the executive leaders of the market on technology. It involves leading a team of business technology associates to understand the market’s real needs, translating those needs to the technology organization, and orchestrating delivery through high standards and customer satisfaction. The position requires developing and sustaining strong relationships with market executives to act as a consultative partner on all technology topics and articulate short and long term operational implications. A deep understanding of the market’s way of working and the larger external competitive landscape is necessary to influence strategy. The role involves actively partnering with the business in ideation, disciplined demand management, and portfolio prioritization within the market. It also requires being an advocate for market needs through the integrated technology governance process and initiating and leading teams through change by communicating a compelling case for change. The AVP will manage a cross-functional team of resources, from clinical informatics to field services, to partner with the Florida market in delivering technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • 4 years of leadership/management experience required.
