About The Position

This job leads enterprise-wide performance management and succession planning strategies that strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and long-term talent sustainability. Building on an established operational foundation, the role advances a continuous, development centered performance culture by partnering with executive leaders, HR stakeholders, and leadership development teams to drive performance practice, succession readiness, and talent planning initiative aligned with organizational goals. This role also ensures alignment across performance management, leadership development, and succession strategies to support a high-performing, growth-oriented culture. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide performance and succession initiatives, partnering with senior executives and HR leaders to drive talent outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise performance management and succession planning, and leadership development practices.
  • Ability to develop and advance enterprise performance and succession strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate talent insights and workforce data into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
  • Advanced analytical skills to assess performance effectiveness, leadership capability, and succession pipeline strength.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent management, change leadership, and modern performance management approaches.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives that support business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise talent strategies, executive succession planning, leadership development programs, and transformation initiatives that support a continuous, development centered performance culture.
  • Executive Coaching Certification, Organizational Development Certficiation, Talent Management Certification, SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

Responsibilities

  • Leads enterprise performance management strategy, ensuring consistent and effective approaches to performance, feedback, and development aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Owns enterprise succession planning strategy and execution, strengthening leadership readiness, talent pipelines, and succession outcomes for critical roles.
  • Partner with Executive Development and Leadership Development leaders to align performance practices, coaching strategies, and leadership capability building.
  • Partners with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to leverage performance and succession insights that drive enterprise talent decisions and organizational effectiveness.
  • Designs and manages enterprise talent review processes, ensuring they are forward-looking, data-informed, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Establishes and monitors metrics and insights related to performance effectiveness, leadership capability, and succession pipeline strength.
  • Ensures performance expectations, leader behaviors, and development practices are embedded throughout the organization to drive accountability and continuous growth.
  • Oversee performance management operations and governance, ensuring excellence in execution while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
