This is where you and your skills come in. We are seeking a high-caliber AVP of Contact Center Sales to lead the charge in capturing enterprise market share. This role is designed for a strategic heavyweight who can bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and high-level business outcomes. You will be responsible for the "Contact Center First" strategy, ensuring that RingCentral is recognized not just as a UCaaS leader, but as the premier provider of AI-powered CX transformation for the world’s largest organizations.

Requirements

  • 12+ Years of Strategic Sales: Proven experience in a leadership or "Player-Coach" capacity within SaaS, CCaaS, or CX software sectors.
  • Direct Sales Pedigree: A documented history of overachieving 7-figure and 8-figure annual quotas within the enterprise space.
  • AI & Cloud Fluency: Deep technical literacy regarding cloud architectures and the application of Generative AI within contact center environments.
  • Executive Presence: The ability to move seamlessly from a technical demo with an IT Manager to a strategic "Business Outcome" discussion with a CEO or COO.
  • Competitive Intelligence: A nuanced understanding of the CCaaS competitive landscape (e.g., Nice, Five9, Genesys, Talkdesk) and the ability to articulate RingCentral’s unique value proposition.
  • Entrepreneurial Agility: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies in real-time based on market shifts and product evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Scale Enterprise Dominance: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy focused on hunting and closing net-new Enterprise and Mid-Market logos.
  • Lead AI-Driven CX Strategy: Act as a thought leader on the "Future of Work," articulating how RingCentral’s AI (Sentiment Analysis, Real-time Agent Assist, and IVR Orchestration) drives ROI and customer loyalty.
  • Direct Sales Orchestration: Own the full direct sales motion, from high-level prospecting and executive discovery to the final negotiation of multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Command: Lead a "Tiger Team" of Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, and Customer Success managers to ensure technical validation and long-term platform adoption.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Architect a sustainable, high-velocity pipeline by leveraging data-driven insights to identify high-propensity targets and vertical-specific opportunities (e.g., Healthcare, FinSec, Retail).
  • Complex Deal Structuring: Navigate the intricacies of enterprise procurement, including security audits, legal redlines, and ROI modeling for stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance.
  • Brand Evangelism: Represent RingCentral at industry-leading conferences and executive roundtables, positioning our CCaaS portfolio as the core of modern digital transformation.
