This role supports the Division Manager in developing, implementing, and managing the marketing plan for the Northwest Division. The position involves setting marketing goals for field staff, monitoring their progress, and training them on product lines and new programs. It also includes overseeing advertising and promotion activities, managing marketing costs, and assisting in the development of agency training programs. The role requires supervision of field activities related to agency and policyholder service, as well as premium collection. The AVP Marketing will also participate in industry state crop committees and assist the Division Manager with other operational duties.
