About The Position

This job supports the organization in its execution of the “Healthy State” strategy. Collaborates with leaders across the system as well as statewide community-based partners to reduce state health disparities and improve the state health ranking from 50th to 40th by 2030. Oversees the strategic design, program management, change management, relationship management, and executive communications. Leads a team coordinating projects with specialized groups for clinical quality, community engagement, marketing and communications, service lines, data strategy, and social resource support to improve individual and community-level health outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, and delegating skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed, work independently, set project priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional attitude and relate to executive management, professionals, and business and community leaders.
  • Knowledge of project management, change management, integration management, and/or process improvement.
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business administration, public health, accounting, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Master Change Agent, AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Directs day-to-day management of all aspects of Healthy State including strategic design, relationship management, program management, communications and marketing, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Represents Healthy State throughout organization, across the Advisory Board, and with community partners and government stakeholders.
  • Provides continuous coaching and professional development for Healthy State Program Management Office.
  • Provides executive direction on the Healthy State operating rhythm and communication plan.
  • Interfaces with executive staff in articulating critical milestones, goals, and risk mitigation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations, and standards.
