This job supports the organization in its execution of the “Healthy State” strategy. Collaborates with leaders across the system as well as statewide community-based partners to reduce state health disparities and improve the state health ranking from 50th to 40th by 2030. Oversees the strategic design, program management, change management, relationship management, and executive communications. Leads a team coordinating projects with specialized groups for clinical quality, community engagement, marketing and communications, service lines, data strategy, and social resource support to improve individual and community-level health outcomes.
