About The Position

The Associate Vice President, Resiliency Center serves as the enterprise nerve center for security, crisis response, and enterprise risk management, with executive accountability for the performance, strategic direction, and enterprise-wide impact of our company's Resiliency Center. This includes direct oversight of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) which includes the Global Watch Desk, Enterprise Risk Management, and Global Operations Center. Through the GSOC, the role delivers 24/7 global situational awareness, intelligence fusion, and command-and-control capabilities, enabling rapid detection, assessment, and response to security threats, geopolitical events, operational disruptions, and emerging enterprise risks that could impact our company's people, assets, operations, reputation, and continuity of business. This role operates in an environment where decisions must be made in real time to mitigate risk and protect the enterprise. The Associate Vice President (AVP) is empowered to activate crisis governance, direct global security and resilience resources, and authorize protective and continuity actions without routine escalation, recognizing that delays can materially increase operational, regulatory, reputational, and financial exposure. The role partners closely with the executive leadership team and senior leaders across Global Security, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Communications to anticipate, assess, and mitigate complex, interconnected risks. Decisions made by this role carry enterprise-wide implications, including executive safety, regulatory posture, operational continuity, crisis outcomes, and shareholder confidence.
