About The Position

The role partners with business managers, sales leaders, and teams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Human Resources, and other support functions to coordinate priorities, prepare management information, and deliver key initiatives. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The role supports business execution and operational routines, including management reporting, financial and workforce processes, client and coverage management, risk and control activities, and business workflow and technology initiatives. Candidates must pass a background check before hire; individuals subject to statutory disqualification are ineligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Certain compliance policies may apply to outside activities and personal investing. Visa sponsorship is not available.
