The AVP, Demand Generation, Healthcare is responsible for driving pipeline performance across Hyland’s Healthcare segment. This leader executes and scales the Healthcare marketing growth engine, ensuring strategy, execution, and investment are aligned to revenue outcomes across priority Healthcare accounts and sub-segments. This role leads a vertically aligned team of demand generation and field marketing leaders, each accountable for pipeline generation and progression within Healthcare, including ownership of routes to market and digital strategy execution. Operating within a global marketing framework, this leader partners closely with Healthcare Sales leadership and central marketing functions to deliver measurable pipeline impact and accelerate growth in a scalable, repeatable way.
