As the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will lead the creation and delivery of B2B marketing materials, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, including research and sales, to develop tools and key pitches that support sales efforts across our portfolio of shopping centers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials while guiding a team to deliver against a high volume of requests. You will oversee as well as individually contribute to the creation of core leasing materials and custom sales tools, ensuring all outputs are accurate, on-brand and aligned with business needs. Working closely with research and utilizing data, you will translate insights - such as demographics, shopper behavior and traffic trends - into clear, compelling and actionable marketing narratives and visuals that support sales conversations. In addition to owning key deliverables, you will manage workflow, prioritize projects and partner cross-functionally to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high level of quality. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple priorities and a practical approach to improving processes and output.
