About The Position

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring an AVP, Coding Innovation Operator for Orchestration Works. This on-site position is located in Austin, Texas, with paid relocation available for qualified candidates nationwide. The role applies senior coding expertise to help product, engineering, and AI teams redesign coding workflows and validate emerging technology. It is intended for experienced coding leaders who can connect coding operations to business impact and support AI-enabled revenue cycle operations. The stated salary range is $150,000–$240,000, plus bonus and incentive pay.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in coding, health information management, compliance, or revenue cycle.
• At least five years leading large, multi-site teams.
• Expertise in professional fee and facility coding.
• Experience overseeing provider education, payer and RAC audits, coding quality programs with defined accuracy standards, executive client relationships, and large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in professional fee and facility coding to help redesign coding workflows and validate emerging technology.
• Support product, engineering, and AI teams in developing and validating coding-related technology.
• Provide centralized accountability for provider education, coding audits, special client audit requests, coder quality assurance, and strategic client relationships.
• Oversee coding quality programs, with a stated quality assurance benchmark of 95% or higher.
• Lead or oversee provider education, payer and RAC audits, and coding compliance activities.
• Manage executive client relationships and large-scale transformation.
