Provides leadership and oversees the effectiveness of branch operations for assigned branch. Primary duty is to manage the smooth operations of the branch as well as managing all of the branch employees. The Branch Manager will direct and oversee the workflow of all branch operations. Ensures that branch sales and service goals are achieved. Follows established security and compliance requirements. It is management’s understanding that each retail office services a unique customer base and that expectations may vary based upon area demographics, level of oversight, community resources, level of deposits, and overall business volume.
