About The Position

We are seeking a driven, curious, and high-energy AVP, Actuarial with a strong pricing background to join our growing Actuarial team. The ability to build trust quickly with cross-functional partners and work efficiently is a must.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to go from 0 → 1 in ambiguous, still-forming, environments.
  • Deep understanding of actuarial workflows and the practical needs of pricing analysis, not just the theory.
  • Strong communicator who can build bridges and translate between technical analysis and key stakeholders.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments with minimal red tape.
  • Demonstrable track record of working autonomously and driving progress
  • Be intellectually curious, think creatively, and pragmatic
