About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewal Account Executive to manage a diverse book of business, including Property, Casualty, and Construction accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to adapt to established processes that ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of handling a generalist portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates based near Melville, though exceptional candidates from outside the area will also be considered.

Requirements

Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of Property, Casualty, and Construction lines.
Ability to manage a generalist book of business effectively and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Adaptability to learn and work within established processes.

Manage a large and diverse book of business, including Property, Casualty, and Construction accounts.

Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal, driving client retention and satisfaction.
