An Avionics Technician I operates, installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs all on-aircraft electronic and electrical systems; develops, fabricates, tests, modifies, and integrates electronic flight hardware into research and science aircraft, simulators, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and associated payload systems, and in back-shop environments. Comply with all mandated certification requirements, including safety training, guidance on local processes, and general project orientation. This position is temporary through 31 December 2026 to support the X59 project. Must be able to work 10-hour shifts Friday – Monday with possible overtime.
