About The Position

Centurion is seeking an Aviation/Transportation Project Manager to oversee civil design projects, identify new business opportunities in roadway and highway projects, coordinate and participate in project presentations, and promote the firm’s capabilities. This role involves managing project execution, client relations, and team coordination.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering
7-75 years of experience
PE License
Highway/roadway design and project management experience
Knowledge of Schematic and/or PS&E processes
Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
Strong project financial management and team management skills
Strong technical writing and communications skills

Responsibilities

Participating in the evaluation of project opportunities, selecting consultants, and preparing the firm’s qualification and experience statements.
Coordinating and participating in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, as well as drafting complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management.
Executing transportation projects involves leading engineering design, coordinating with design staff on project components, engaging with clients, and managing project tasks.
Scheduling and coordinating project meetings with the project team, regulatory agencies, clients, and other stakeholders.
Managing project production by tracking manhours, costs, and expenses, while communicating project progress and status to senior management.
