Aviation-Properties & Compliance Manager
About The Position
The purpose of this position is to assist in the management of aviation facility projects and management of leased properties in the airport, including leases associated with the main terminal building, cargo facility, aircraft ramps, FBOs, and private/corporate hangars. Prepare contracts with vendors, Rental Car Companies and Air Carriers and is responsible for preparing invitations to bid and requests for competitive proposals. Also responsible for the daily management of the airport's local, state, and federal compliance programs and will review and monitor the terms and conditions of all lease agreements, contracts, and grant assurances for adherence and compliance. This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
