About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor for Northeast Ground Operations. This role involves supervising and streamlining day-to-day operations at various Northeast airport stations. The successful candidate will oversee concierge and ramp operations, scheduling, training, safety compliance, facility readiness, inventory management, vendor coordination, client experience standards, and provide operational support across multiple locations.

Requirements
