About The Position

The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Maintenance Department. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system
  • Experience in Excel
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized purchase records
  • Receive and stock ordered parts
  • Prepare shipments
  • Update inventory management software
  • Conduct periodic audits of inventory
  • Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software
  • Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks
  • Book travel for employees and others upon request
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with paperwork processing
  • Provide customer service requests as needed
  • Assist in any general office duties as needed
