Purpose: To serve as an instructor and program coordinator in the Aviation Program
Requirements
Master's degree in Aviation or Bachelor's degree in Aviation with at least 15 years of instructor experience (CFI, CFII, MEI) with a reputable flight school.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to motivate and engage with students.
Self-motivated, cooperative, flexible, creative.
Responsibilities
Teach 12 hours of aviation courses, including ground courses, at both lower andupper levels.
Assist in academic advising of aviation students and monitoring their progress towards meeting both degree requirements and FAA certification requirements.
Assist in monitoring effectiveness of aviation curriculum and associated courses and contribute ideas for improvement as needed.
Contribute to development and implementation of initiatives to recruit new students.
Contribute to efforts to establish strong relationships with other aviation-related organizations, companies, and school operating in the region.
