About The Position

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add an AV System Engineer to the team in New York City. This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of AV setups to ensure smooth, high-quality meetings and collaboration. We’re seeking a skilled AV System Engineer to provide hands-on support for conference room systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing units, and Crestron control systems.

Requirements

2-5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV and IT support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron devices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting executive-level users.
Familiarity with digital signage, audio mixers, and AV-over-IP systems.
Financial sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron control panels.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues promptly and professionally.
Perform regular maintenance, testing, and configuration of AV equipment.
Assist with the setup and operation of meetings, events, and presentations.
Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Maintain documentation of room configurations and service activities.
