About The Position
We are seeking an experienced residential AV/technology system designer with a specialization in luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with a sales team and interacting directly with clients. A passion for technology and creating systems that enhance clients' lives, along with a team-oriented approach, is essential.
Requirements
- Experience with Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal creation for residential technology systems using tools such as CAD & Revit (Ideally)
- Deep knowledge of Control Systems (Crestron, C4 & Savant)
- Deep knowledge of Lighting/Shading systems (Lutron)
- Deep knowledge of Networks
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition
- High EQ
- US Based
Responsibilities
- Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high-end residences
- Understand design software (ideally CAD and or Revit)
- Deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading systems, and control systems
- Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
