About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an AV Support Technician (Junior) for a 6-month contract role in San Francisco, CA. This is a 100% onsite position requiring 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $37-$39/hr. The role involves providing technical support for Audio-Visual systems, including troubleshooting, supporting conference rooms, and assisting with live events.

Requirements

• 2-4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.
• Hands-on AV troubleshooting/support experience.
• Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity.
• Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID.
• Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6.
• Basic networking concepts related to AV.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.
• Able to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs.
