AV Support Technician
About The Position
As an A/V Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure that keeps critical A/V systems running smoothly in all offices. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this critical capacity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaboration with team members and stakeholders and problem-solving, to address challenges in real-time, requiring a personable approach and strong communication skills. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide flexibility in your work will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements
- 1+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams
- 1+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- 1+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware
- Must be a US Citizen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies
- Experience with networking technologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems
- Troubleshoot A/V issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to maintain uptime and performance
- Move and install A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly
- Work with vendors during installations and service calls.
