As an A/V Operations professional, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure that ensures critical A/V systems operate smoothly across all offices. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this vital role. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and problem-solving to address challenges in real-time. This requires a personable demeanor and strong communication skills. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and demonstrate flexibility in your work will be crucial for success in this position.

Requirements

• 1+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams
• 1+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• 1+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware
• Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies
• Experience with networking technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems
• Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance
• Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly
• Work with vendors during installations and service calls.
