Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinate technicians' schedules to ensure timely service and maximum efficiency.
  • Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients requiring service, troubleshooting issues remotely when possible.
  • Billing & Collections: Manage service department invoicing, billing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues related to Control4, networking, video switching, audio distribution, and home automation to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Workflow Optimization: Assist in developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to ensure that all necessary equipment is available for upcoming jobs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor service performance and client feedback to maintain high standards of service delivery.
