About The Position
This role is for an AV Install Tech with experience in Audio-Visual, Control systems, and Networks. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, eager to learn and grow, enjoys hands-on field work, and is technically inclined. Previous experience on construction sites, ability to use tools, a steady work history, and high emotional intelligence are expected.
Requirements
- Experience on construction sites
- Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition
- High EQ
Responsibilities
- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron)
