About The Position

The Field Project Manager is a hybrid leadership role designed for someone who can lead by example in the field while helping projects stay on track from start to finish. This person will serve as a key point of coordination between the field team, clients, and internal leadership to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. This is not a desk-only project management role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping in where needed, supporting technicians on-site, helping solve problems in real time, and taking ownership of the final mile of project delivery. This individual will help drive accountability, improve consistency in the field, and ensure projects are completed thoroughly rather than left with loose ends.
