The AV & Gaming Equipment Support Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of gaming, broadcast, audiovisual, and technical infrastructure across live gaming studios and related operational environments. This role combines hands-on technical support with process improvement and innovation initiatives. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to operational support and risk mitigation across gaming studios, while the remaining 50% focuses on system optimization, equipment enhancements, preventive maintenance programs, and technical development projects.
