About The Position

This role is responsible for operating production and finishing equipment, performing metal finishing, and preparing parts for packaging and transfer. The Auxiliary Technician I will also be responsible for accurately completing and maintaining production documentation in accordance with GMP requirements, following established GMPs, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves identifying and troubleshooting basic production or equipment issues, escalating concerns as appropriate, and demonstrating strong attention to detail and quality awareness. Effective communication with team members and customer-focused support within the production environment are key. The role requires safely performing physical job requirements, including material handling, operating machinery, use of PPE, and working on the production floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of twelve (12) months of related manufacturing experience

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate production and finishing equipment, including laser, vapor degreaser, magnetic finisher, spray wash, vibratory, and electropolish systems
• Perform metal finishing and prepare parts for packaging and transfer to external vendors
• Accurately complete and maintain routers and production documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
• Follow established GMPs, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot basic production or equipment issues, escalating concerns as appropriate
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality awareness, including both product and documentation accuracy
• Effectively communicate with team members and provide customer‑focused support within the production environment
• Safely perform physical job requirements, including material handling, operating machinery, use of PPE, and working on the production floor
