About The Position

Moove is seeking an experienced AV Tech 3 to serve as a senior technical authority in depot operations. The position handles advanced diagnostics, complex OEM warranty repairs, high-voltage oversight, and quality leadership to ensure autonomous vehicles meet rider-only launch-ready standards. As the final on-site escalation point for complex technical issues, the technician combines hands-on repair work with engineering coordination, workforce mentorship, and safety and documentation compliance. The role performs and validates authorized warranty repairs on critical systems, including suspension, power conversion units, and high-voltage distribution assemblies. It guides access to OEM technical resources and diagnostic tooling, coaches Senior Technicians, enforces work-order documentation standards, translates technical updates into local guidance, and leads quality and safety audits. The role is the on-site authority for high-voltage and lithium-ion battery service and is accountable for vehicle safety and deployment readiness. This is a safety-sensitive position in a fast-paced depot environment involving heavy mechanical work. Operating a motor vehicle for company business is required; employment is contingent on a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. A conditional offer may require pre-employment drug screening, and criminal background checks are conducted after a conditional offer.
