About The Position
Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking an Autonomous Systems Integration and Validation Engineer to join the Collision Mitigation Solutions (CMS) team within a Fortune 100 industrial equipment manufacturer's Integrated Solutions division. In this role, you will support validation of autonomous truck programs, working across Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) labs, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) labs, and an on-site test track where hardware and software are integrated onto surrogate vehicles for on-machine testing. The team performs system integration and validation for remote control, semi-autonomous, and autonomous machines - building test benches, executing testing, and developing automation and simulation frameworks. The team's mission is to deliver the highest quality collision mitigation solutions to customers on time and within budget, supporting a safety-critical product recognized as a best-in-class solution in the mining industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, plus 2-5 years of relevant experience required
- Strong networking and systems design
- Ability to independently plan and execute test activities
- Strong organizational, documentation, and oral and written communication skills
- CAN tools and Linux OS
- Camera, radar, and LiDAR calibration and validation
- Python scripting and test automation
Nice To Haves
- Machine operation experience
- Background in robotics or autonomy
