The Autonomous Systems Instructor serves as a subject matter expert responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of advanced training programs supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF) and interagency personnel. This position develops and updates curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials to ensure alignment with current doctrine, operational requirements, and institutional learning objectives. The Instructor provides hands-on and classroom-based instruction in autonomous and unmanned systems technologies, including small unmanned systems (sUxS), additive manufacturing, computer-aided design (CAD), tactical communications, mapping, counter-UxS operations, and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) concepts. Working closely with government stakeholders, the Autonomous Systems Instructor ensures training products remain relevant, effective, and compliant with Army and USAJFKSWCS standards while fostering critical thinking, technical proficiency, and mission readiness in operational environments.
